MIZAMO FOODS & DELIVERIES — HOW WE WORK Mizamo Foods & Deliveries, a division of Mizamo Growth (Pty) Ltd (Reg No: 2015/346720/07). 1. YOUR ORDER • You choose your food in the app (or by phone/WhatsApp) and we show you the full price — food + delivery — BEFORE you place the order. No hidden costs. • We confirm every order by SMS with the delivery day. • Need to change or cancel? Call or WhatsApp us before the delivery day and we sort it out at no cost. 2. PAYING • Cash at your door when we deliver, or EFT into our bank account before delivery (reference: your order number). • You get an SMS for every order and our driver can show the till slip for anything we bought for you in town. 3. DELIVERY • We deliver on our delivery days to the villages listed on the home page. Delivery is free for orders over the amount shown at checkout. • If we miss the day (rain, breakdown), we SMS you and deliver the very next day — or you get your money back, your choice. 4. FRESHNESS PROMISE • Our vegetables are grown by us, picked for your order. If anything arrives damaged or not fresh, show the driver or call us the same day — we replace it or take it off your bill. No arguments. 5. WE-SHOP-FOR-YOU (TOWN ERRANDS) • Send us your list; we buy it at the shops in town and bring it to your door. You pay what the till slip says plus our service fee (shown before you send the list). • We always bring the till slip. If we can't find an item, we phone you before choosing a substitute. 6. YOUR INFORMATION (POPIA) • We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). • Your name, phone number and address are used only to deliver your orders.
